Hey girls!

Welcome to your very own community!

As an Asian girl who has lived in Asia her entire life it fascinates me how diverse we are. No two countries are the same but we are still connected with similar experiences, dialects and traditions and that is what is so special about us: we are all beautifully unique but all together in a sense. So I started this association to help us girls come together.

When I was growing up I never saw girl like me on TV or in books and it made me think that I was weird or unacceptable but that is not true. I am very much normal but I am hidden away. My issues and struggles are some many girls like me face everyday but they never appear in mainstream media and are not advocated. This ignorance of a whole section of society made me feel alienated but as I grew I saw the lack of support and representation and realised what we need is a community of our unique, beautiful and talented girls supporting one another through problems we all face and how we dealt with them.
